This High Grade Chinese specialty tea rolls a single green tea leaf around a jasmine bud. The "Champagne" of Jasmine teas. To accentuate the flavours in Green tea ensure that you infuse in water no hotter than 85 degrees Celcius - not boiling water. Add 3 - 5 pearls into your cup and pour the water over them. Watch them unfurl and when ready, drink and enjoy.
